Let’s get right down and dirty — what is delta 8 THC? We’re glad you asked. Delta 8 THC, also known more plainly as delta 8 or even d8, also comes from Cannabis sativa, or the hemp plant. This may cause you to wonder if a lack of delta 9 THC means a lack of physical or cognitive effects. Does that mean that delta 8 THC doesn’t get you high? Negative. But it’s a different high.
